During the last several years Diane has helped us sell three homes and buy two others. Up and down markets. Many visits to homes and many many pieces of paper. We met Diane Bogart late on a rainy Saturday afternoon when we drove by a home she had listed. Although
she had just shown the home to two other sets of potential buyers, she came over immediately when we
called her. She was very friendly and thorough in showing us through the property, consistently
pointed out the positive aspects and potential of the home. Because she had encouraged
the seller to have the home inspected before it went up for sale, she was knowledgeable about the condition.
She readily shared this knowledge, offering to get us the reports and disclosures that evening. She
could tell we liked the house and offered to go through all of the reports with us. Throughout the escrow Diane kept us informed and always showed up on time for appointments with us.

The sale started with an unsolicited inquiry. Ms. Bogart handled this inquiry very smoothly including several "walk thru's" which resulted in an excellent offer, over asking price and "as is . "
We then had to find a new house. Ms. Bogart then spent an enormous amount of time supplying listings, tours etc.
Thru her efforts we located a house we liked and Ms. Bogart again spent a lot of time on the mechanics of making an acceptable offer. The net results were both buy and sell offers were "truly out of the blue" transactions that transformed our life style and netted a great capital gain.
I can't thank her enough for the expertise, experience, and friendly way she handled this whole transaction.

It is with great pleasure that I am writing a letter of praise for Diane Bogart. My husband and I have been long-time residents of Los Gatos and with Diane's help will be lifetime residents. Simply put, she found us the long sought after ‘dream home' that we were searching for three long years. She had the patience and gumption to stay committed to finding us our house.
